"We went to Lights Under Louisville last weekend..."
We went to Lights Under Louisville last weekend, and overall it was a really fun time. The lights were awesome, and the kids were into it the whole way through. Driving through the tunnel definitely makes it feel a little more special than a regular drive-thru light display, so I’d say it’s worth checking out if you’ve never been.
Just a heads up for anyone going: give yourself extra time and be patient getting in. The traffic setup was a little confusing, and there weren’t many clear signs or staff directing cars, so the line felt messy and cramped in spots. We still enjoyed it, but I’d recommend going on a less busy night if you can.

"Wasn't as family friendly as we expect"
We went with the kids thinking it would be a fun family outing, but they got bored quick and were overwhelmed after a little while. I was hoping they enjoy it more, but it just didn’t really work out for us

I thought the lights looked really bright and fun this year. Maybe I’m just easier to impress than I think, but they made everything feel really festive and nice to look at

"Getting tickets online was really easy..."
Getting tickets online was really easy, and getting in was quick too!! We only waited a few minutes in line, and the staff scanned us in without any hassle. Overall, everything went smoothly and I didn’t really have any issues.

"Kind of a hassle to use"
I tried using it a few times, maybe 3 or 4, and it just wasn’t very convenient. It feels harder to access than it should be, so I ended up getting frustrated quickly.

"We did the drive-through, and maybe I was..."
We did the drive-through, and maybe I was just tired from a long day or expecting too much, but it felt a bit disappointing for the price. Some parts were definitely cool, and the kids didn’t complain, but there was so much slow traffic that it felt like we were just sitting there half the time. A few of the light sections also seemed kind of dim or spaced out in a weird way. It was fine for one time, but I don’t think I’d go again.

"I don’t get the hype. The tickets were..."
I don’t get the hype. The tickets were way too pricey for what you actually get, and the whole thing just felt kind of underwhelming. Like, if I’m paying that much, I expect at least something memorable, not walking away thinking, “That’s it?” Definitely didn’t feel worth the money

"Super friendly staff and a smooth visit"
I had a really nice time at Lights Under Louisville. I tend to notice how places handle crowds and keep things organized, the staff did a great job. Everyone was friendly right from the start, kept things moving, but never made us feel rushed. Anyone we asked questions to was helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be there. It made the whole experience feel easy, relaxed, and fun. I’d definitely go again.

"Fun night, just a little bit of a wait"
We had a really fun time overall. The lights were really cool, but yeah, the traffic getting in was slow. We waited about 35 minutes, which felt like a lot with kids in the car, you know? Once we finally got moving though, it was fun and definitely worth doing...
